1. What we provide
Limitless Ladies Sales Academy is an education and training program in high ticket closing. It is not employment, and we are not hiring for positions. Enrolling gives you access to training materials, live coaching calls, the community, and the practice tools described on our site at the time of purchase.
2. Enrollment and payment
Enrollment is completed through our third party checkout provider. Payment is a one time investment unless stated otherwise at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but a change never affects a purchase already completed.
3. Refunds
Because the program grants immediate access to digital training materials and community access, purchases are final unless a different refund term is stated in writing at the time of your purchase. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us and we will review it.
4. Your account and access
Access is for you alone. Do not share your login, recordings, materials, or community access with anyone else. We may remove access for sharing credentials, reselling or redistributing materials, harassment of members or coaches, or any unlawful conduct.
5. Intellectual property
All curriculum, recordings, templates, scripts, and written materials remain our property. You receive a personal, non transferable license to use them for your own learning and work. You may not copy, republish, teach, or sell them.
6. No income guarantee
Earnings as a commission based closer depend entirely on individual effort and skill. We do not guarantee income, placement outcomes, or results. Any results mentioned are individual experiences and are not typical.
7. Community conduct
Our group chats and calls are shared spaces. Treat other members with respect, keep what is shared inside the community private, and do not use the community to promote unrelated offers or recruit members into other programs.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the program is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost commissions.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the program after an update means you accept the updated terms.
